Logistics System for tipplers in operation!
November 2010, Location: Jaworzno, PolandIn November of 2010 was passed into full service logistics systems for tipping wagons in the Polish power plant Jaworzno III. It consists of a cable shunting equipment LTV-PV installed before tippler and dynamic manipulator HW1E directly in the tippler.
Whole unit ensures
→ automatic shift train of wagons to tippler,
→ insertion of single wagons into tippler,
→ and after it´s emptying manipulator pushes the wagon to the incline, from where wagon go away by gravity to the side rail.
The only human intervention is disconnecting of wagons before inserting into the tippler.
Tippler manager oversees the operation of system in the control room, which has information from the control and camera systems.
System equipment PV-LTV and HW1E is supplemented by a further innovation - an automatic one-way stop block. This ensures that the already disconnected and brake released wagons begin to spontaneously move back from the tippler.
