Dynamic tracked manipulator HW1E
This equipment was developed for rotary dumper wagons to capture and stop of wagons filled with their contents and subsequently ejected. An important condition is meeting required speed of entering wagons, that can guarantee such as cable shunting device.
Construction
The main elements of the construction are: tracks, background, cart pushers, an electric actuator with a piston, and cabinets with control electronics.
The shunting car HW1E is based on the design of the device LTV-PV and is supported by sensors registering running on of the rear axle of the wagon discharge arm. The front roller truck is stopped dynamically by pushing wagon, which is an arm wagon captured and subsequently set up at a designated place. After the turnaround of the drum dumpers with the wagon, its emptying his turn into its original position and a dynamic ejection of the wagon. Management
An essential element of this system is an electric actuator for generating a push or pull force to the reference point. The actuator principle is based on the transfer of rotary motion to linear motion. The cylinder actuator is able to step up to 1500 mm. The engine, braking power, speed, cylinder ejection (wagon) is controlled by the control system. The frequency converter enables selection of different modes of operation and is capable with an electric motor to deliver the necessary acceleration of the piston. During braking the electrodynamic brake EDB works to acquire electrical energy and converts into heat. The position of the car is detected at all times by an encoder located on the rear cylinder motor and a superior control system cooperates with aline shunting device, before or behind a tipper.
