Pyrolysis - Benefits Arrow line

Arrow line a.s. deals since 2001, in applied research on the utilization of biomass and sorted waste and wood chips in the process of pyrolysis. For this purpose the ENVICRACK cooperative was based - Cluster research, implementation and construction by companies and operators, together with future users of technology.

disposal of hazardous waste through pyrolysis
During the current development it has been at the forefront of research disposal of hazardous waste using pyrolysis and the use of gas for heating pyrolytic media. Cleaning the gas for use in cogeneration units has been addressed only marginally in laboratory conditions.
use of used tires through pyrolysis
In 2003, experiments were performed using used tires through pyrolysis. The result was pyrolysis pyrolytic gas + oil, which in its composition recalls the raw ingredients resulting from the distillation of crude oil.
the MPO FI - IM/037 "Production of activated carbon in the process of pyrolysis"
In 2004 the company engaged in research, design and construction work for the company Agro-eco, co. ltd under the program, MPO FI - IM/037 "Production of activated carbon in the pyrolysis process." The results were supported with a positive evaluation by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Experience gained in this research confirmed the right direction and progress towards implementation of the pyrolytic production of coke and coke oven gas within the cluster.
test of the generator for gas atomization
During the 1st half of 2005 the pilot gas generator test was carried out, which in conjunction with the pyrolysis chamber will be used for atomization of long hydrocarbon chains.
experimental verification of the project ENVICRACK
At the end of 2005 tests were carried out with gas combustion in cogeneration unit. Our input experimental project called ENVICRACK was verified.
implementation of the PYROTRONIC pyrolysis units
In cooperation with the University of mining - Technical University (VŠB-TU ) implemented the Arrow line laboratory pyrolysis unit called the PYROTRONIC. A number of tests and measurements with different types of fuels - from biomass for plastics, tires and other materials were run which are at the present time only difficult wastes. The positions of our designers verify the accuracy of the course and allow selection of the optimum solutions for the construction of more efficient units.
PYROMATIC
Work on the manufacture, assembly and operation of more industrial applications under the name PYROMATIC, which will be built in Ostrava - Vítkovice.
